About Horsy

Hello, my name is Juliane and welcome to my store!

Horsy is the way I found to express myself again in the equestrian world. And if you are asking yourself “what do you mean, again?”

Well, my biggest dream since I was a kid was to own a horse. This dream began when I went to an animal expo and had the opportunity to ride a horse for the first time, I was 4. Since then, all of my toys and plays were all around horses.

At 7yo, thanks to my dad, I had my first horse. From then on, my passion was becoming serious, to the point where I was deeply involved and learning about the equestrian sports (specially show jumping) and veterinary. For this reason I decided to study to become a vet, unfortunately I had to cut this dream by half due to external factors.

By the time I was training for show jumping, I won medals, trophies, and absolutely loved my red mare and my fat grade horse at the time.
Life took me to different paths, and in the end, nothing goes exactly as we planned. Far from the animals I still find joy watching videos about horsemanship, showjumping and following the horse news. It makes me fell like I was there, jumping as well.

One of the fruits that life brought me, you might say, is the passion for digital art. It is something that makes me feel creative and a way of expressing my feelings. Deciding to unite the old passion for horses and the brand new for art seems to be the only thing to do.

That’s why Horsy is here. It’s a way of staying connected to the passion of horses, even from afar. A way of bringing that joy, the jokes, the zoomies and memories close to me, again. This is what makes me be Horsy.
